Think of it like a tab at a bar. Your monthly plan gives you an audit allowance. Each audit draws credits for the actions you run — so you only pay for the work you actually do.
Unused credits do not roll over. Your monthly allowance resets at the start of each billing cycle.

Each plan grants a monthly credit allowance per seat. Operations consume credits: discovery costs 2, capture costs 5 + 3 per competitor, analysis costs 12, and PDF export costs 2. A full audit with 7 competitors uses 40 credits. You see the exact cost before confirming each step.
At maximum competitors per plan: Free allows 1 full audit/month (30 credits, 3 competitors). Starter allows 10 full audits/seat/month (400 credits, 7 competitors). Pro allows 35 full audits/seat/month (1,800 credits, 10 competitors). Using fewer competitors per audit leaves credits for more runs.
You cannot start new paid operations until your next billing cycle refresh or a plan upgrade. The app shows your balance and links to billing when credits are insufficient.
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect on your next billing date, and we'll prorate any difference.
Billing is per seat via Stripe. Each seat gets its own monthly credit allowance. All org members share scan history; credits are spent from the team member who initiates each action.
No. Subscription credits refresh each billing cycle and expire at period end (use-it-or-lose-it). Credits held during failed operations are automatically returned.
Pro includes PDF and Brand Deck export at no extra credit cost. Free and Starter pay 2 credits per export.
